Losing weight, changing your eating habits, changing your life...these things take time and constant attention. I've come to the conclusion that the only way to keep myself motivated isn't the impending doom of diabetes and heart disease, but by other people knowing that I'm not sticking with it. This is why I've created this blog, to keep myself accountable and make sure I stick with it this time.
